Shipping Information
What are my shipping options?
We currently ship all items using our national courier partner The Courier Guy. All items are packed and dispatched using The Courier Guy’s National Satchels.
How much does shipping cost?
The shipping cost of your order will depend on your shipping destination, the number of items and quantity of satchels required to ship your items. We pack items using A5, A4, A3 and A2 size Satchels. Shipping costs are automatically calculated on the Checkout Page once your City/Suburb and Postal Code have been entered.
How long does shipping take?
Generally, you should receive your order within 3-5 business days. If you have a query with regards to shipping of an existing order, please wait 5 business days from your order date before contacting us.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes we do! If your shipping destination is outside of South Africa we are able to accept payment via PayPal. Please email your orders to sales@miraclecomfrey.net and include following details:

Once we have received your email, we will respond with your total order and shipping costs as soon as possible. We will also provide payment instructions with a link to our secure online payment gateway in order to make payment via PayPal. Please note: Orders will only be processed and shipped once payment has cleared.
